My son and I moved into Harbor Light Villas full time last summer. We LOVE it out here! We lived in Dallas for several years and I wanted a quiet place on the lake. The property is well taken care of and it’s so nice and relaxing. The lake is full and looks amazing! I travel quite a bit and feel very comfortable leaving knowing that we are in a safe beautiful neighborhood. This place makes my commute to Dallas 3 days a week worth it. Our neighbors are great and it is a wonderful property for those looking to buy their dream lake house. It is not a huge property, which I like, and my son loves the pool over looking the lake and fishing from the docks. We are looking forward to many more years here!

We could not be happier with our home at Harbor Light Villas. Our goal was to be able to enjoy our lake time away from Dallas. Harbor Light has met all our needs with gated security, new construction & on-site maintenance so we can fully enjoy the lock & leave lifestyle. The pool over-looking the lake is great, fishing from the marina excellent & when we need last minute supplies, being less than a mile from Main Street shopping in Gun Barrel City is very handy.

Harbor Light Villas met all of our criteria and more. Our drive is less than an hour. Some homes we looked at on the lake required a 1 hour and 30 minute drive from Dallas. The pool is great! It has an infinity edge and looks out over the lake. It is always clean and well maintained. The neighbors are all very friendly and frequently get together. Lawn maintenance is included. You never have to worry about mowing your lawn. The villas are new construction and require very little maintenance. It is truly a turn-key operation. We feel like we get a mini vacation every few weeks when we visit. It is great in the Summer or Winter. We LOVE IT!

We owned a home in another area of Cedar Creek Lake and I would spend hours getting our home ready just so I could relax. At Harbor Light Villas all the outdoor work is done for you: no trimming bushes, no mowing the lawn, no fixing broken pumps and sprinklers. Our home is truly “lock & leave,” or should I say “unlock and play”. We love the community and all the residents. It truly is our second home.

I am extremely happy with my home purchase at Harbor Light Villas on Cedar Creek Lake. The grounds are very well maintained and the resort-style infinity pool is fabulous. Along with the private boat docks and gated entrance, this community is the perfect lake retreat. Just minutes from shopping in Gun Barrel City makes it very convenient and a little over an hour to downtown Dallas allows me to enjoy my retreat any day of the week. After looking at numerous properties in the Cedar Creek Lake area I am sure I made the best choice with Harbor Light Villas.
